Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Experience selling products is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Must be target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: TZS 300,000
- Transportation Allowance: TZS 150,000
- Mobile Phone Allowance: TZS 30,000
- Total Fixed Pay: TZS 480,000
Additional: Sales Commission
