LAND SURVEYOR

Job Description

• Sihotech Engineering Company Limited is hiring an experienced Land Surveyor to support construction and land-development projects. The successful candidate will conduct accurate surveys, interpret construction drawings, set out construction works and work closely with engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, boundary and as-built surveys using modern surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS, GNSS and RTK Machine.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, maps, reports and legal descriptions.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine project layouts.
• Set out construction works including roads, buildings, pipelines and utilities.
• Verify survey data, measurements and calculations.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, technicians and project/construction managers.
• Monitor and report discrepancies between actual layouts and design plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and health & safety regulations during surveying operations.
• Use CAD and GIS software to produce detailed site plans and layouts.
• Supervise and coordinate junior surveyors and survey crews where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction or land-development projects.
• Proven experience using surveying equipment and software, including Total Station, RTK Machine, Dumping Level Instrument, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS and GIS.
• Professional registration is required.
