• ✅ Drive sales growth and field execution across Alternative Channels✅ Prospect and close sales opportunities (group onboarding and activation)✅ Service existing clients and support renewals✅ Recruit, train, and support Unit Managers within the zone✅ Ensure proper KYC documentation and weekly reporting
