General Candidate Profile

• Applicants should have:
• Relevant training, certification, licence, or registration for the role applied for, where applicable.
• Practical experience in a healthcare, clinic, hospital, diagnostic, pharmacy, administration, or patient support environment will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and strong patient-service mindset.
• Ability to work in Arusha and follow organizational policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Basic digital literacy for records, reporting, and internal communication.

Key Role Summaries

Medical Doctor

• The Medical Doctor will provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient follow-up in line with professional standards and Medikea procedures. Applicants should have a recognized medical qualification, valid professional registration or licence, clinical practice experience, and strong diagnostic and patient-management skills.

Lab Technician

• The Lab Technician will conduct laboratory tests, handle samples, operate laboratory equipment, maintain quality control, and provide accurate diagnostic support to clinical teams. Applicants should have a relevant laboratory science qualification and experience in sample handling, testing, and laboratory quality procedures.

Registered Nurse

• The Registered Nurse will deliver safe nursing care, conduct patient intake, administer medication and treatment within scope of practice, provide patient education, and maintain proper nursing documentation. Applicants should have a recognized nursing qualification and valid registration or licence.

Attendant

• The Attendant will support patient flow, clinic readiness, cleanliness, hygiene, basic facility support, and safe daily operations. Applicants should have basic education, clear communication ability, and a reliable service-oriented approach.

Admin

• The Admin will provide front-office, records, scheduling, filing, billing support, office communication, and administrative coordination. Applicants should have a qualification in administration, business, records management, or a related field, with computer literacy and strong organization skills.
• Pharmtech / Pharmacy Technician
• The Pharmacy Technician will support medicine dispensing, medicine storage, stock control, expiry monitoring, pharmacy documentation, and coordination with clinical teams. Applicants should have a relevant pharmacy technician or pharmaceutical qualification and registration where applicable.

Radiographer

• The Radiographer will perform imaging procedures safely, prepare patients, operate radiology equipment, maintain imaging records, and follow radiation safety standards. Applicants should have a relevant radiography qualification and valid professional registration or licence where applicable.
