Position Details

Position: Loan Officer

• Vacancies: 7

Location: Mara Region, Tanzania

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Industry: Microfinance & Financial Services
• Gender Preference: Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Key Requirement: Applicants must be able to ride a motorcycle (pikipiki)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential loan clients
• Assess and process loan applications
• Support loan disbursement activities
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor loan performance and repayment
• Conduct field visits and community engagement activities
• Travel to clients and conduct field operations using a motorcycle where required
• Meet assigned loan disbursement, client acquisition, and repayment targets

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must possess any of the following:
• Form IV (CSEE)
• Form VI (ACSEE)
• Certificate, Diploma, or other College Qualification in any field

• Experience in any of the following areas will be highly considered:

• Ability to ride a motorcycle (pikipiki)

Salary & Benefits

• Net Salary: TZS 300,000 per month
