- The successful candidate will coordinate activities across departments, manage staff performance, oversee procurement, logistics and inventory, monitor operational KPIs and ensure the business maintains appropriate quality, customer-service and compliance standards.

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- The Operations Manager will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments and ensure smooth business flow.
- Develop and implement operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strategic plans.
- Manage staff performance, recruitment, scheduling and training.
- Monitor KPIs, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage procurement, logistics and inventory.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.
- Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Report directly to the Director/General Manager on operational performance and areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Applicants should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- At least 3–4+ years of experience in Operations Management.
- Experience preferably within the trading, logistics or service industry.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
