WWF Tanzania is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People & Culture to lead the fair, effective, and efficient management of its workforce. The position supports the application of high People & Culture standards, enabling an engaged and capable workforce to deliver the organisation’s Conservation Strategy. The role provides leadership across human resources strategy, recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, occupational health and safety, workforce reporting, and organisational development. The successful candidate will report to the Country Director and supervise the People & Culture Officer.
