Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leave administration, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Tanzanian labour laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters and respond to employee concerns.
  • Manage office administration and daily administrative activities.
  • Coordinate office facilities, supplies, and service providers.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and Tanzanian labour laws.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
