Key Responsibilities

• Verify inventory: Count, verify and document incoming and outgoing goods against packing lists, invoices and bills of lading.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, inventory checks and daily reports.
• Inspection: Inspect cargo for damage or defects upon receipt and ensure proper labelling and storage.
• Data entry: Enter stock information into inventory systems and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Compliance: Follow safety regulations, SHERQ procedures and internal control policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a warehouse, port or general storekeeping role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong numerical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• High level of integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk in outdoor/warehouse environments during shifts.
