About the Role

• Hello Today is seeking motivated and ambitious Salespersons to promote and sell LED lighting products within Dar es Salaam and surrounding areas.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in generating sales, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth.
• This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell LED lighting products to customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and customer feedback reports.
• Conduct market visits and customer follow-ups.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Represent the company positively in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and trustworthy.
