AGECO is a locally-owned engineering firm registered by the Contractors Registration Board of Tanzania (CRB) as a: Civil Contractor Building Contractor Electrical Contractor Solar Energy Contractor AGECO is looking for experienced, dedicated and hard-working individuals to fill the following position. JOB TITLE Quantity Surveyor The ideal candidate for this position should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Economics with at least 2 years of work experience. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties for this position include managing the financial and contractual aspects of engineering projects, including: Cost estimation. Tender management. Preparing bidding documents. Uploading bidding documents on NeST. Contractual administration. Project cost controls. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Economics. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
